PROGRESS UPDATE: 2800 Broad St Mixed-Use Development

A 29,000 sq ft, 3-story building featuring 8,800 sq ft of shell space and 20,200 sq ft of residential space with 20 dwelling units. Led by Denver Stanger and designed by Bracket Architecture Office, this project includes mechanical and plumbing design, as well as Title 24 energy solutions based on detailed architectural PDFs and AutoCAD plans.
