Unlike most buildings, hot water is often the largest energy consumer for a hotel. Constant showers and never ending laundry create a massive hot water demand. It is imperative that water heating and delivery systems are engineered to meet those needs. 3C Engineering ensures innovative energy efficient designs, such as recirculation systems, to reduce water and energy waste for our clients.

Coastal buildings have a unique design challenge: harsh salt air. Salt air can damage equipment and reduce hardware length of life. Equipment must be selected carefully and installed in weatherproof enclosures with applied coatings in order to prolong the life of systems.
