Project Highlight: Hotel SLO

We are thrilled to announce that Hotel SLO has earned the prestigious Michelin Key! This award celebrates excellence in design, architecture, service, and personality. Our Controls team, led by Jason Haendler, played a key role by installing advanced controls in this remarkable hotel, including parking garage ventilation that activates when carbon monoxide is detected, utility monitoring for gas, electric, and water usage, dryer exhaust and makeup air monitoring for safety and efficiency, domestic water heating system monitoring, CO2 control for common areas with variable ventilation airflow, building air pressure control, VRF HVAC interface for seamless climate control, and graphic navigation screens for easy room temperature control. This project was contracted by @jwdesignandconstruction. Great work!
