Project Highlight: Pacific Self Storage

Exemplifying precision and operational excellence in every square foot. 🏢✨ The commissioning project for Pacific Self Storage's six story 156,818 square foot building was led by Danny McBride. The original design will meet with the 2019 CA State Cal Green and Energy Codes, and incorporate daylight controls, occupancy sensors, efficient HVAC Systems, demand control ventilation, efficient envelope construction, and Hi Efficiency lighting. All the systems were tested for proper operation and safety. This project was a huge success!
