Project details:

  • 3 classroom buildings, one classroom, AG Farm CTE Building for a total of 46,700 square feet

  • Commissioning included all electrical, mechanical, controls, plumbing, & landscape. 

  • Commissioned makeup air systems, evaporative cooling systems, high volume exhaust fans, vehicle exhaust fan systems, vehicle lifts, split system heat pumps, sewage ejector tanks and pumps, air compressors and process piping, high-efficiency water heating, and monitored controls trending.
