Project Highlight: Madera County Fire Station No. 3

3C Engineering performed the HVAC and Plumbing design for the new Madera Fire Station No. 3. This 8,000 square foot facility includes 3 bunk rooms, exercise, dining, kitchen, office, conference and other support rooms. The apparatus bay will house 2 trucks and have support areas for cleanup, turnout gear, shop and janitor space. The HVAC systems consist of VRF and 1:1 split system heat pumps for the house side. The apparatus bay and support rooms are provided with general exhaust, ventilation and heating. The plumbing systems includes treatment of the apparatus bay drainage through a sand/oil interceptor.
