Project Highlight: Milpitas Fire Station No. 2

3C Engineering took part in the full replacement of Fire Station No. 2 for the City of Milpitas. The work included the construction of a new, single-story, 10,259 sqft., wood framed fire station with 3 apparatus bays, common spaces, admin offices and sleeping quarters. 3CE provided mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems design as well as commissioning services to meet the 2016 California Green Building Standard and 2016 California Energy Code.
