3C Engineering worked with Ten Over Studio on the design and preparation of mechanical and plumbing construction documents for the following three buildings: SLO Library (31, 455 square feet), Utilities Building (3, 810 square feet) and the Recreation Building (4, 190 square feet). Mechanical included replacing three split systems, designing new refrigeration lines, and implementation of programmable thermostats. Plumbing design was limited to just the reconnection of the condensate drain at the fan coils. The energy compliance included design to meet the minimum efficiency values.
