Project Engineer

Drew Schmidt joined the 3C Engineering team as a project engineer in May 2023, bringing with him almost 5 years of expertise in the HVAC industry as a research engineer.

Drew is a member of ASHRAE and holds an EIT certification. His expertise includes the design and analysis of refrigeration systems, optimizing energy efficiency and performance. Inspired by his father, also a mechanical engineer, Drew demonstrates a commitment to continuous growth and professional development as he works towards earning a professional engineering license. His dedication, combined with his diverse skill set and genuine passion for the HVAC industry, make him a valuable asset to the 3C Engineering team.
