3CE selected as Commissioning Agent for new Santa Barbara Police Station

We are proud to announce that 3CE has been selected as the Commissioning Agent for the new Santa Barbara Police Station!

The proposed Santa Barbara Police Station includes a three-story ±64,000 sq-ft office building and a three-story ±84,000 sq-ft secure parking structure. The project aims to consolidate existing police operations from four separate sites into a modernized facility, enhancing efficiency and community engagement for the next 50 years.

Commissioning work will start from the design phase and continue through bidding, construction and project close out.

We are excited to be part of this team and look forward to seeing the development of the station.
