Project Highlight: Santa Ynez Residence 🏡

This past month, the 3CE controls team finished the installation, wiring, and programing for a complete building automation system replacement for a residence in Santa Ynez. This retrofit project required reviewing original construction plans from 1997 to design the controls and thermostat coordination to make sure new thermostats work with existing sensor locations. The project also included the design of a user-friendly HVAC graphic interface with floor plan based navigation.
